Autumn 2022

Hello everyone, I hope you have had a great summer and are looking forward to the Autumn.

It's great to see so many concerts and festivals up and running again over the summer and I really enjoyed playing with the The Tony Hadley Band at a packed out event at The Quarry in Shrewsbury.

A big hello to all who are starting at the Royal Northern College of Music in September. I am very pleased to tell you about my new position of Head of School of Wind, Brass and Percussion/Director of Percussion and I look forward to welcoming all incoming students to the RNCM!

It was great to be back with the Young Voices Team for the delayed 2021 tour which we did in April/May and I hope everyone who took part enjoyed it as much as we did!

I am looking forward to the 2023 Young Voices Tour with 26 arena shows in January/February 2023. Good luck to everyone who is taking part!

And finally, please put a date in your diary for the RNCM Day of Percussion which celebrates its' 30th anniversary with a bang (!) on Sunday 5th February 2023. I look forward to seeing you there!
