Autumn 2012

I hope everyone has enjoyed a great summer!

I am looking forward to starting my 3rd year as Director of Percussion at the RNCM and welcoming a new group of students to the college. If you are interested in possibly coming to the RNCM to study come and join us for our Open Day which is on Tuesday 25th September – it is a day that gives a really good insight into the workings of the college and there is plenty of opportunity to find out as much information as you require. Details for the day are available from RNCM.

I am looking forward to appearing as guest soloist with several groups over the next few months and I am very proud to be part of the inaugural Cardiff International Wind Band Festival which promises to be a really exciting event.

As always I can’t wait to take part in the 2012 – 2013 Young Voices Tour which is getting bigger year by year! This year we will be giving 17 concerts and will be working with literally tens of thousands of young singers. If you are at a concert be sure to give me a wave!
