Spring 2009
I have had the pleasure of listening to a lot of musicians in the last few months in my capacity as adjudicator for various events and these are contests I have enjoyed very much!

Congratulations to all who attended these competitions - the standard has been very high indeed.

Look out for BackBeat in a contemporary music concert at York University on 14th May which will feature a world premiere from Damien Harron as well as music by John Cage, Roger Marsh and Xennakis. We are looking forward to our first photo shoot at Yamaha with our new line up of Simone, Damien, Cormac Byrne and Harry Percy - watch this space for the pictures! We head off to China in the summer for our first trip there which we are very excited about!
