Welcome to this months newsletter and as always a big hello to all that have come to my recent concerts.

I particularly enjoyed playing with Ensemble Kreato in 2 concerts in Belgium last weekend although the 2nd concert ended in a real dash to the airport - I did not even have time to accept my concert flowers!!

This month I am delighted to be appearing with the excellent Fodens Brass Band as guest soloist in their annual concert at the Victoria Hall in Hanley (November 7th 7pm). I always enjoy palying with Fodens as I spent many very happy years in the band and I always enjoy going back.

BackBeat are performing in at St. Giles Church in Grappenhall on Thursday 18th November and we are presenting a really interesting mix of percussion music from around the world together with music composed by members of the group. The concert starts at 7.30pm.

I will be working very hard through December with appearances with Equivox, Young Voices and several solo concerts so I am enjoying a few days off this month to catch up with my family before the rush!
